The coworking space is a shared space for work or study, available to condominium owners and guests upon scheduling of up to 4 hours per day. The management may charge a usage fee, and it is possible to reserve the entire space for private meetings. The space is restricted to business activities, is open 24 hours a day and follows the Noise Law. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied, and swimwear, food and drinks, except water and coffee, are prohibited. Damages must be reported, and the air conditioning must be turned off after use.
The playroom, located on the upper floor of the condominium, is intended for children up to 12 years of age, and is for the exclusive use of children of condominium owners, tenants, residents or guests, and is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Children must always be accompanied by their parents or guardians, and guests may use the space, as long as they are accompanied by the condominium owners. Use by people over 12 years of age is prohibited, and maintenance and cleaning take priority over the use of the premises. The safety and discipline of children are the responsibility of those responsible.
The games room, which is exclusive to residential condominium owners, guests and tenants, is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Damages must be compensated immediately.
